The privacy policy below defines how personal data is handled at eduBridge.
1. Data Collection:
- eduBridge collects only the necessary personal data and does not ask the data which is not required for day-to-day business.
- Information over allergies is requested in order to give the best care to the child.
- eduBridge occasionally takes photographs of children in order to use it on their promotional material.
2. Data Usage:
- The requested personal data is used by eduBridge’s employees for administration, invoicing, emailing, surveying and other necessary business activities.
- Contact number is used to call or send a message to the parents via SMS / WhatsApp only when required.
- The photographs of children are used on eduBridge’s promotional material only when the parents agree to it. The photographs are deleted if the parents do not agree and their child’s face is visible on the photographs.
3. Data Sharing:
- Under no circumstances, eduBridge shares the contact information with any other parents or third parties.
- Under no circumstances, eduBridge shares the photographs with any other parents or third parties. The photographs are used on promotional material, eduBridge’s website and Facebook only upon prior agreement with the parents.
4. Data Removal:
- eduBridge respects your Privacy Rights. Please contact eduBridge if you wish to remove any data and / or photographs.
